Against Elitism

Blessed are the Average

Long ago, there were two brilliant White men - Walter Shewhart and William Edwards Deming - who sought to improve industrial production¹.

Their goal was to not only ‘restore pride’ in the work of the average worker but to improve the quality of the product created by those workers.

In their scientific study of industrial processes and their relation to the quality of output, they discovered a larger truth about all systems: The greatest benefit to the system in improving the quality of outputs was in raising the performance of the average worker, not the elite workers.

For example, a 1% performance improvement in quality by the average workers, created a substantial improvement in the quality of outputs. However, increasing the elite worker’s output by as much 10% did not even produce a significant improvement in the quality of outputs.

Puts simply: Raising the performance of the average is a better way to improve a system than adding more over-performing outliers.

This observation isn’t even open for dispute. Shewhart and Deming demonstrated the reality of this observation many times in real world conditions.

This is the scientific reason to reject the claims of elitists²

Applying this insight to the task of the White Nationalist Vanguard, one of the tasks is to promote ‘Whites caring about Whites because they are White’ to the common, decent ordinary White person and not ‘elite’ Whites. Context matters. Any of us can be another White persons ‘savior’ or ‘burden’.

The goal is to restore respect for Whiteness among Whites and to cultivate an ethos of dignity for all Whites no matter their station in life.

Elitism just gets in the way of the process of achieving that goal.
